Ricoh Printer Test Pages & Diagnostics

Ricoh Aficio and IM-Series multifunction devices are the backbone of corporate print rooms. Their issues are almost exclusively related to ‘Mechanical Path’ and ‘Drum Aging’.

Common Ricoh Issue Clusters

  • Vertical Scratches: Common on Ricoh copiers. This is almost always a physical scratch on the transfer belt or a dirty ‘slit-glass’ on the ADF.
  • SCxxx Error Codes: Ricoh ‘Service Calls’ (e.g., SC542) are often fuser temperature faults. A hard restart can sometimes clear these after a power dip.
  • Color Calibration: Ricoh colors drift over paper changes. Use our CMYK Test to verify the internal ICC profile is still active.
