Common HP Issue Clusters
- ‘Supply Problem’ Error: Usually a dirty golden contact on the cartridge. Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Faded Bottom Edge: Common in LaserJet M-series. This is a fuser tension issue, not a low-toner issue.
- HP Smart App Loop: If your printer is ‘Offline’ in the app but has a green light, use our Hardware Cold Start method.
