Epson Printer Test Pages & Diagnostics

Epson EcoTank and WorkForce printers use ‘Piezo’ technology. Unlike HP or Canon, the printhead is a permanent part of the machine, making clogs more critical to fix early.

Common Epson Issue Clusters

  • Horizontal White Lines: This is a classic ‘Piezo Clog’. Do not run more than 3 cleanings in a row.
  • Ink Pad Full Warning: A software lockout based on page count. If your machine is older, this warrants a manufacturer reset.
  • Air in Tubes: Common in EcoTanks. Run the ‘Power Cleaning’ only once, as it consumes 25% of your ink.
